Team Charter

Objective: In order to form the group and formalise it I had to make a charter for everyone to agree how the group would be organised, how work ethic would be enforced and how we would structure the overall project.
Action: In order to create a group charter that would be clear, concise and informative, I opted to write the charter in a Legalistic format. I structured the document so that it's formatted in Clauses and Articles, with clear instructions to ensure that the group can remain organised and work without any friction. In addition I
Reflection: Generally speaking the charter was quite effective in setting the basic parameters for the overarching group, and our project. However, we don't often refer to it anymore now that the project is in full swing. We mostly improvise new arrangements rather than amending the Charter as was originally agreed upon.I believe that despite the flaws, the Charter worked as it should and bound the group together by setting down the formalities, whilst it isn't used to it's full intended status, my style of charter works quite well.
Decision: I will continue to use the charter in the same was as I have done before, however I might add some clauses that allow more flexibility and improvisation since that is inevitable.

Team Timetable

Objective: To effectively organise the group project timeline and ensure we can easily track our progress.
Action: I created a Trello for my Group and directed the creation of the tiles and timelines of the project. Everything from the individual tasks to the overall Phase structure, and the assignable tags were almost entirely done by me with some minor assistance from others. I would generally direct them as they worked on some assets.
Feedforwards: The Trello in the way it was organised has been exceptionally helpful and helped keep the group organised and at a steady work pace even after I stepped down as group leader. The people who would subsequently take over from me, would always refer to the Trello and use it as an organisational reference.
Reflection: I believe in the future it might be useful to better use some of the tools that Trello offers such as calendars and signing up individuals to tasks rather than using a tag instead.
Decision: I will continue to use Trello's in the same format for organisation in the future, however with perhaps some adjusted use of tools to further increase it's effectiveness.
